Metrics audit

Daily views gained is computed as (last snapshot of the day's total views) − (last snapshot of the previous day). Snapshots are captured hourly. If a day's measurement window isn't close to 24 hours (because a capture was missed or ran late), that day's gain is under- or over-counted and the difference shifts into an adjacent day. Windows outside 20–28 hours are flagged below.
